This notice explains what personal data LoyerPro Homes collects, why, who sees it and what your rights are. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed: it is short on purpose.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is the company that operates LoyerPro Homes, established in Cameroon. We apply Cameroon's law on the protection of personal data and, for people who live in the European Union, the GDPR; the legal bases quoted below refer to both. Write to hello@loyerpro.com for anything about your data.
2. What we collect

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts.
3. Who sees your data
- The other side of your request. When you apply, the advertiser sees your name, phone number, occupation, message, documents and profile. When an advertiser publishes, seekers see the listing and the advertiser's public profile; the advertiser's WhatsApp number is shown to a seeker only after they apply, unless the advertiser chose to show it to all signed-in users.
- Our moderators, in Cameroon, see listings, reports, identity documents submitted for verification and the data needed to handle them. They work under contract and only within their assigned duties and regions.
- Service providers processing on our instructions: our hosting and storage providers, our e-mail provider, the messaging providers that deliver one-time codes by WhatsApp or SMS, and push-notification services of your browser or phone. They receive only what is needed for the task.
- Authorities, when the law obliges us.
We never sell your data.
4. Where your data is processed
LoyerPro Homes is operated from Cameroon, and most people using it are there too. If you live in the European Union, your data travels to Cameroon so that we can provide the service you ask for, for example sending your request to a Cameroonian advertiser (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Our hosting, push and messaging providers may process data in other countries; where EU law requires it, they do so under the EU's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep things
- Your account and profile: until you delete your account, then 30 days in backups.
- Listings: while live, then archived in your account until you delete them or your account.
- Applications and their documents: 12 months after the request is closed, then deleted. You can withdraw a request at any time; the advertiser keeps no copy on LoyerPro Homes.
- Identity-verification documents: deleted once a moderator has decided; only the result and date are kept.
- Technical logs: 30 days. Audit log: 3 years.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@loyerpro.com; we answer within a month. You may also complain to the data-protection authority of Cameroon or, if you live in the European Union, to the authority of your own country.
7. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Documents you attach are stored on a private disk and served only to you, the advertiser concerned and staff. Access by staff is logged.
8. Children
LoyerPro Homes is for adults. We do not knowingly accept accounts from people under 18.
9. Changes
We will update this notice when we change what we do with data, for example when we add WhatsApp notifications or payments. The date at the top shows the current version.
