For people looking for a home
Do I have to pay to use LoyerPro Homes?
No. LoyerPro Homes is free for seekers, always. Never pay anyone before you have visited the home and signed a lease, and tell us about any advertiser who asks.
How do I apply for a home?
Open the listing and press Apply. Your name, phone number, occupation and message reach the advertiser at once. Attaching documents is optional; it helps advertisers take you seriously.
The advertiser asks for money to reserve the home.
Do not pay. Use the flag on the listing or write to us below with the listing reference; we check every report within one working day.
How do I know an advertiser is genuine?
Look for the Verified badge (identity checked by our team) and for reviews from past tenants. Meet them at the home before any payment.
For owners, agents and agencies
Why is my listing under review?
A new advertiser's first listings are checked by a moderator within one working day. After that, your listings publish immediately.
My listing was sent back. What now?
The moderator's note says what to fix. Edit the listing and press Publish again; it goes straight back into review.
Why did my listing expire?
Long-term listings stay live for 60 days so seekers only see homes that are really available. Republish with one tap from My listings.
How do I get the Trusted badge?
Verify your identity, keep your listings accurate and rent homes through LoyerPro Homes. The badge follows.
Can I connect LoyerPro Gestion?
Yes. Vacant units can be published from Gestion with one button. Ask your Gestion administrator to connect the two, or write to us.
